About the role

As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a full-time detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate the successful delivery of technology integration projects, including nurse call systems, access control, UCaaS, and other low-voltage installations. The Project Manager will collaborate across departments and with external partners to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects concurrently. You will play a critical role in the success of deployments across various industries and specialized environments where reliability and performance are essential. Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Lead projects from initiation through completion Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets Coordinate procurement, resources, and subcontractors Track progress, milestones, and deliverables

Team & Stakeholder Coordination

Serve as the main point of contact for clients during implementation Manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders Communicate clearly and consistently across all project participants Motivate and guide team members to achieve performance goals Foster strong relationships with clients and partners

Financial, Risk & Quality Management

Prepare and manage project budgets; oversee change orders Identify and address risks, issues, and dependencies Ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with regulations Conduct project close-outs and lessons learned reviews

Process Improvement & Documentation

Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation (SOWs, reports, risk logs, etc.)

Recommend improvements to internal project management tools and processes

Align delivery practices with organizational standards and industry best practices

Qualifications

3+ years of experience managing projects in construction, telecom, or ICT environments PMP certification strongly preferred Proficient with Microsoft Project, Excel, and collaboration tools Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to read and interpret floor plans and technical drawings Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and timelines Willingness to travel occasionally as required Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling competing priorities Adaptive problem-solver, especially under pressure during live system integrations Demonstrates both character and competence, acts with integrity, takes ownership, delivers high-quality work, and approaches tasks with urgency Consistently models professionalism, accountability, and ethical conduct

Nice to Have

Experience with Q360 or similar ERP/project management platforms Familiarity with healthcare or senior living environments Background in client-facing roles or business development Knowledge of permitting, compliance, and safety standards in Ontario
