Position Overview

We are searching for a dedicated, high performing and accountable individual with initial Medtech Marketing experience who wishes to advance in their career by serving in a Marketing Coordinator position. The Marketing Coordinator – IVL Medical Devices (Canada) works closely with sales, clinical specialists, product management, and the global marketing teams. Candidates for this position are ideally located in or near a major Canadian city, as there will be some travel requirements

Essential Job Functions

Canadian Marketing Campaigns & Product Support

  • Support the planning and deployment of localized marketing campaigns tailored to Canadian market needs and healthcare environments.
  • Adapt and maintain marketing materials in both English and French (as needed) to comply with Canadian language and labelling requirements.
  • Coordinate product launch activities within the Canadian marketplace.
  • Work closely with Sales Operations and Customer Service Departments based in the U.S.

Market Research & Competitive Insights (Canada-Specific)

  • Analyze trends in Canadian healthcare spending, procurement processes, and reimbursement pathways.
  • Track competitor activity across Canada.
  • Gather insights from clinicians, hospital procurement, and regional sales teams.

Sales Force Enablement

  • Aid Product Marketing in the development and updating of Canadian-specific sales tools including product brochures, training decks, and comparison sheets.
  • Support the National Sales and Field Clinical Specialists teams by coordinating internal communications.
  • Assist in organizing Canadian trade shows, conferences, and KOL events, working closely with our Medical Education Marketing Department.

Project Coordination & Administration

  • Track campaign performance metrics, budgets, and timelines.
  • Support monthly and quarterly reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing; healthcare or medical device experience is an asset.
  • Previous experience within the healthcare, MedTech, or pharmaceutical landscape preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Bilingual (English/French) is a significant asset.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of Country's Health regulations is an asset.
  • Strong project management abilities.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, country‑wide environment.
  • Collaborative mindset. A true team player.
  • Detail‑oriented and proactive.
  • Passion for improving healthcare outcomes in the local market.

Additional Information:

  • The base salary range for this position is $74,000 - $119,600 plus annual performance bonus.
  • As applicable for the role - Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for a highly competitive performance-based annual bonus program. This job posting is for an existing position.
  • Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
  • Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
  • Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
