Senior AI Engineer (Remote - US & Canada)

This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates located anywhere in the United States or Canada.

We're partnering with an innovative technology company to hire a Senior AI Engineer with hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade, multi-agent AI systems. This is a senior individual contributor role where you'll lead the architecture and implementation of enterprise AI solutions, working across engineering and product teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable AI applications.

What You'll Do

Design, build, and deploy production-ready multi-agent AI workflows

Architect scalable AI/ML systems on AWS Build advanced RAG pipelines and LLM-powered applications Establish engineering best practices for AI development, observability, evaluation, and security Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership on complex AI initiatives

What We're Looking For

7+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years building AI/ML systems in production Proven experience designing and deploying multi-agent AI workflows in production environments Deep expertise with AWS, including cloud-native AI infrastructure and GenAI services Strong Python software engineering background Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and AI observability Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern API architectures Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar Up to 20% travel

Compensation

$180,000-$240,000 CAD base salary Comprehensive benefits package
