Position Overview
As part of the Site Establishment team, the Project Coordinator Co-op will report to the Senior Project Manager and will assist in coordination and management of various new buildings, including Fabrication Building, Warehouse and Administration Building, etc. This role will require continuous communication with all project team members and will provide supports to team members on various administrative tasks.

Location
This project is located on the Darlington New Nuclear Project (DNNP1) site in the Municipality of Clarington, in the Regional Municipality of Durham.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordination and tracking of Request for Information (RFI), Shop Drawings, and Submittals.
- Assist in preparation and tracking of Work Method Statement (WMS), Inspection and Testing Plan (ITP).
- Assist in updating schedule, preparing daily site reports.
- Liaison with other internal groups, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers supporting the project.
- Participate in meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Coordinates preparation and distribution of design documents, as built drawings, closeout documents, etc.
Qualifications
- Pursuing an Engineering Degree (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical) is preferred.
- Ability to work full-time during the spring.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Knowledge of Aconex, Bluebeam, Excel an asset.
- Able to read blueprint an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (both oral and written) skills.
- Valid G license and accessible to a car
- Need to work in person at site office/trailer.
