Position Summary In this role you will play a key role in introducing and growing a new product within our existing customer base. This role is ideal for someone with a “hunter” mindset who enjoys uncovering new opportunities, experimenting with prospecting approaches, and driving engagement. You’ll be responsible for scheduling conversations, leading product demos, and supporting customers through onboarding and adoption of the new solution. Additionally, you’ll work closely with both the product and sales teams to support product growth, accelerate adoption, and drive overall sales success. Responsibilities Establish and build relationships with existing customers Proactively follow up on opportunities and leads Develop in‑depth knowledge of the industry and product offerings Schedule and lead sales calls and product demonstrations Manage the end‑to‑end sales process to drive business growth Track activities, opportunities, and pipeline in Salesforce CRM Qualifications Minimum 1 yr of experience in sales development or inside sales (SDR, BDR, ADR, or similar roles) Strong sales communication skills, including confident cold calling, getting past gatekeepers, building rapport quickly, and comfortably speaking with experienced business owners Coachable and open to feedback, with a genuine interest in learning and improving Analytical and metrics‑minded, understanding how data is used to track and improve performance Hands‑on experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred; Pardot a plus) Results‑driven, high‑energy, and motivated by goals and performance Background or hands-on experience in Marketing is considered an asset FLSA Designation (US Only): Exempt Salary Range: The estimated base salary range for this role is USD$54,000.00 - USD$66,000.00 per year. We include salary ranges in job postings only where required by applicable pay transparency laws, based on the jurisdictions in which the role may be performed. The posted range is a good faith estimate and reflects factors that are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary based on job-related factors, including work location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant considerations. Other Compensation (US Only): This role will also be eligible for participation in a Company profit sharing bonus plan. Sales positions may be eligible to participate in the business commission plan. Plan details will be provided to you upon hire.
