About the role

Plative is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team and play a hands-on role in building the future of our organization!

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process across a variety of roles in Sales, Delivery and Operations. You will partner directly with hiring managers, engage top talent in the Salesforce and NetSuite ecosystems, and ensure candidates have an exceptional experience from start to finish. This is a high-impact role where you will balance strategic sourcing with strong candidate advocacy while helping shape how we tell our story in the market.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for 5-8 open roles at a time including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
  • Drive intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements and set clear expectations
  • Act as a candidate advocate by building strong relationships and guiding them throughout the interview process
  • Hit key recruiting KPIs and contribute directly to monthly hiring targets
  • Partner with marketing to strengthen employer brand and recruitment campaigns
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with hiring teams and People team to continuously improve our hiring processes

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of recruiting experience (Salesforce/NetSuite experience is a plus)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence and build trust
  • A results-driven mindset with experience hitting or exceeding recruiting KPIs
  • Passion for candidate experience and representing the company brand in the market
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and collaborative
