We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Cool Air Rentals team in Vancouver, where we deliver temporary HVAC solutions. In this hands-on role, you?ll split your time between the shop and the job sites - preparing equipment, loading and unloading trucks, and completing local deliveries to ensure our climate control solutions arrive safely, efficiently, and on time.

What You Will Do:

• Maintaining and organizing the shop and outdoor compound
• Ensuring the kit and tool bags in each truck are restocked and up to date
• Cleaning and organizing the rental equipment and accessories
• Assisting in the order picking, loading, unloading and distribution of equipment and supplies for smooth and efficient workflow
• Assisting with local deliveries and installation & removal of HVAC equipment

What You Bring to the Table:

• General warehouse operations experience is considered an asset
• Solid customer service skills
• Fluency in English is required for both verbal and written communication
• Mechanically inclined and experienced with hand and power tools
• Class 5 driver?s license with a clean driving record
• Tenacity and adaptability are the key attributes we seek
• Able to show initiative
• Displays energy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic
• Enjoys working in a team environment
• Forklift experience is considered an asset
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Flexibility in working overtime hours during the week as well as managing occasional on-call weekends particularly during the peak summer months
