Job Title : Account Manager - Technology Recruitment
Full-time Opportunity | Hybrid based in Calgary, AB | 2 days/week on-site

As we continue expanding in Alberta, we’re looking for a driven Account Manager to join our Calgary team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, driving business growth, and partnering with clients to deliver high-impact recruitment solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage client relationships with key decision-makers in Calgary’s technology sector.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and staffing priorities.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle in collaboration with our recruitment team—from job intake to candidate placement.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand Benchmark’s footprint across Alberta.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with clients and candidates to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership in Vancouver to align strategies and share market insights.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or recruitment (preferably within IT or professional services).
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A passion for helping people find meaningful careers and organizations find great talent.
- A growth mindset—someone eager to contribute to the success of a growing office.
