Manager, IT Product Management
How does the role impact the organization?
As part of the IT Product Management team, you take ownership of, and identify, analyze, and help document complex business requirements and processes, leveraging your industry experience and collaborating with business unit subject matter experts. You are comfortable working independently on challenging assignments while maintaining extensive contact with internal customers and subject matter experts.
Key objectives include supporting application support and development team members; building relationships with key business stakeholders, SMEs, and other IT teams; collaborating with other IT Product Managers to grow internal team SLAs and standards; leveraging vendor roadmaps, IT resources and industry initiatives to balance the needs of our business.
What will your role be responsible for?
- Oversee our enterprise CRM and other CRM’s approved for use;
- Managing a team of application support associates and Dynamics 365 platform developers
- Participate in the collection and analysis of information; interview subject matter experts (SMEs), observe operations and use knowledge of business systems and processes to suggest solutions to specific business challenges;
- Maintain strong relationships with our business to keep up to date on operational procedures and methods; current business processes and business activities/best practices; and recommend changes for improvement;
- Understand business vision and priorities within your team and across other product lines, and guide leaders with a focus on customer impact behind all initiatives;
- Serve as a liaison between business units and technical units to align enterprise objectives by advocating for business needs; articulate requirements; manage backlog requests; represent business requirements in the design, development, validation and implementation of appropriate technology solutions;
- Partner with technical business units in the research, analysis and resolution of system and process challenges;
- Perform regular market analysis to ensure our corporate CRM products are keeping pace with others available
- Partner with application support to ensure operational excellence;
- Prepare and deliver presentations to project stakeholders when appropriate;
- Grow ongoing vendor relationships to represent users’ and stakeholders’ interests; advocate and advertise change; partner in ITIL and SDLC best practices; and prepare for industry changes;
- Stay current with functionality, defects, and upcoming changes; contribute to support team SLAs and standards; build strong interpersonal relationships with direct reports

What do we expect from you?
- Minimum of a Business or related degree
- At least 10 years of relevant experience or a combination of training, education and experience;
- Experience with managing an enterprise CRM (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Maximizer, etc.);
- One (1) year of experience in defining and documenting business and technical requirements and processes, systems analysis, business process modeling, representing stakeholders on project teams and problem solving with large, complex cross-functional systems and processes.
- Experience in financial services and/or ancillary financial services is a must
- Knowledge of the following highly preferred required:
- Concepts of risk management, issue tracking, change management and requirements gathering.
- Information technology support and technical documentation.
- Business planning and analysis – with demonstrated ability to develop product strategy and deliver business requirements based on that strategy.
- Knowledge of branch operations and advisor-facing technology preferred, with priority to candidate with portfolio management system experience
- Interpreting client input, clarifying issues and developing solutions.
- Preparing various reports, summaries, surveys and written recommendations.

- Building Effective Relationships: Develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals;
- Client Focus: Make internal and external clients and their needs a primary focus of action; develop and sustain productive client relationships; and
- Time-Management: Comfortable participating and managing multiple ongoing initiatives that may be at different points in SDLC.

Salary Range: $100,000 - 120,000 annually, in addition to competitive performance bonuses/incentives.
Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, internal equity, and other job requirements.
