We are hiring a Program Supervisor (RN/RPN) to support our growing team in Toronto. The Program Supervisor an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with a passionate for innovative care solutions. In this role you will be responsible for managing the delivery of quality personal support services and programs to clients in a community setting, ensuring compliance with legislation and standards of practice.

Job Description

Develop, implement, and manage multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives

Supervise and mentor a team of program coordinators and staff, providing guidance and support
-
Create and manage program budgets, monitoring expenses and allocating resources effectively
-
Establish performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations to ensure program effectiveness
-
Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth program operations
-
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance program efficiency and outcomes

Prepare and present comprehensive reports on program performance to senior management

Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and organizational policies

Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and community organizations
-
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve program quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- RN/RPN in good standing with College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple programs and meeting objectives
- Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising and mentoring staff
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and program management software
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
