Job Description

You will be responsible for responding to requests or inquiries made with the IT support group. You will respond to assigned tickets, calls as well as internal customers who come in for various IT requests.

Main responsibilities:

  • Resolve the majority of requests from level 1 and all complex requests

  • Document procedures related to office technical support

  • Updating of procedures

  • Develop procedures for new technologies or new services

  • Answer questions from Level 1 technicians

  • Train level 1 technicians on procedures or technologies

  • Video conferencing support

  • Support all video conferencing sites in Canada

  • Ensure a presence in the meeting rooms during specific events

Qualifications

To join our team, you need:

  • Experience in office IT support

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow and remote customer service tools for support

  • Excellent communication in both English and French, both orally and in writing. In your role, you will have to work with internal clients across Canada on an ongoing basis.
