Scope
- Resources will be temporarily assigned to help project team navigate through Corporate Architecture Review Board gates. In particular AGP 2, where the development of the Business Architecture Document, System Architecture Document, Systems Requirements Document and Information Architecture Document occurs.
Assignment Deliverables
- Stakeholder Status Reporting: Provide regular, structured updates on project progress, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
- Architectural Documentation: Develop system and network architecture documents detailing design, integration points, and technical requirements.
- Business & Information Architecture Deliverables: Produce software requirements, business architecture, and information architecture documents that define processes, data flows, and organizational structures.
- Process & Modeling Artifacts: Create value chains, value stream maps, BPMN 2.0 process models, collaboration diagrams, business context diagrams, information models, and business canvas models.

- Experience with working for the Ontario Public Sector
- Experience with implementing an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
