Scope

• Resources will be temporarily assigned to help project team navigate through Corporate Architecture Review Board gates. In particular AGP 2, where the development of the Business Architecture Document, System Architecture Document, Systems Requirements Document and Information Architecture Document occurs.

Assignment Deliverables

• Stakeholder Status Reporting: Provide regular, structured updates on project progress, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Architectural Documentation: Develop system and network architecture documents detailing design, integration points, and technical requirements.
• Business & Information Architecture Deliverables: Produce software requirements, business architecture, and information architecture documents that define processes, data flows, and organizational structures.
• Process & Modeling Artifacts: Create value chains, value stream maps, BPMN 2.0 process models, collaboration diagrams, business context diagrams, information models, and business canvas models.

Criteria 1: Business Analysis Experience - 45 Points

• Hands on/working 10+ years' experience in business analysis for large scale implementations
• Experience working in a correctional setting
• Experience working in a health care provision setting
• Demonstrated experience in creating Business Cases, Business Requirements Document, other Business architecture artefacts, Enterprise architecture artefacts and assist Solution designer/architect in the preparation of technical artefacts
• Demonstrated experience working on large systems implementation
• Excellent knowledge of system concepts and development methodologies to support business applications
• Experience working on digital health projects
• Experience implementing an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) solution

Criteria 2: Technical Experience - 35 Points

• Proven ability to support the client in development of check point artefacts, gating material and Enterprise Architecture artefacts
• Experience with data management and conceptual data modelling in a correctional health care setting
• Demonstrated experience in working with technical SMEs and business SMEs in reviewing and analyzing design gaps, in particular health care professionals
• Demonstrated experience in developing documentation towards production readiness such as checklists, support of pre-load of data and user journey mapping in particular in relation to an electronic medical record system
• Experience developing system use cases and describing user interaction with a new system preferably an electronic medical record system or a digital health solution

Criteria 3: Communication - 20 Points

• Demonstrated experience to provide leadership in the creation of functional and technical design documentation
• Hands on experience in working with business stakeholders on functional design sessions and detailed solution design sessions, in particular experience working specifically with health care professionals/providers
• Experience with briefing and communicating with ministry level management and officials
