Gatehouse Attendant Needed for Full Time Day Shift
About the role
National Shunt Service LLC is looking to expand our team of Gatehouse Attendants!
Thursday to Monday Day Shift
Responsibilities: NSSL is currently looking for qualified gatehouse attendants!
- Ensure the safety and security of onsite personnel
- Conduct routine site inspections and yard checks
- Communicate with our drivers as well as the employees of our clients to ensure the safety of everyone on site.
- Data entry of inbound and outbound carriers into two systems
- Monitor incoming and outgoing drivers
- Communicate with drivers regarding yard layout
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Experience with computer software and programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service skills
- Believe that "the safe way is the right way"
- Effectively work under pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
