About the role

Embaucher, former ou déléguer la formation du personnel. Commander les marchandises. Autoriser le retour des marchandises. Établir les horaires de travail. Préparer des rapports sur les chiffres de ventes, les techniques marchandes et les problèmes reliés au personnel. Résoudre les problèmes qui peuvent survenir, y compris les demandes des clients, les plaintes et les ruptures d'approvisionnement. Superviser et coordonner les activités du personnel. Effectuer des examens de rendement. Fonctions et activités des superviseurs: 3 à 4 personnes. Conception de produits ou d'articles de confection: Articles d'entretien d'automobiles. Conditions de travail et capacités physiques: Milieu où les activités se déroulent à un rythme rapide. Travail sous pression. Souci du détail. Assis, debout et marcher. Debout pour une longue période. Qualités personnelles: Excellente communication orale. Esprit d'équipe. Excellente communication écrite. Capacité d'effectuer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
