We are currently looking for a full-time Security Supervisor to join our Campus Unit in London. Qualifications:
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License and Valid First Aid/CPR; Level C is preferred
- Valid Ontario G Driver's License with access to a personal vehicle
- At least 2 years of security supervisor experience in a high-profile customer-focused environment, such as a campus, government, or healthcare.
- Campus Security Experience is an asset
- Assisting with day-to-day site operations across the LondonWestern Ontario Region
- Including monitoring team's compliance/audit, training, management (20/40 guards), reports, investigationsrapport
- Military/Police background/Law Enforcement background is an asset.
- Previous Use of Force training and arrest experience will be considered an asset.
- Using Two-Way Radio Communication, Completing Risk AssessmentsReviewing CCTV footage alongside Daily Mobile forms
- Ability to work at different sites across LondonWestern Ontario
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare professional daily and/or incident security reports.
- Knowledge of Trespass to Property Act (TPA), Canada Criminal Code, and 494(c)
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Ability to conduct arrests in appropriate and sanctioned situations.
- Collaborating with Site Supervisor, Dispatch SV w/ communication center, Campus Special Constable Leadership/Officers
- Being a Liason for SecuriguardFanshawe Clientele
Pay Rate: $23,

Training:
Completion of Use of Force Training and Lawful Subject Restraint, and Crisis Management training are requirements for this role, and also require annual re-certification. The training is provided to new employees for this role, along with Securiguard University Orientations courses for skill development.
