About The Role
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Call Centre Agents to join our expanding team on a full-time basis. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to start or further their careers in customer service, sales, and support. As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting new products and services. Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute) Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Basic understanding of Windows operating system Highly reliable with consistent attendance and punctuality Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and follow-up skills Customer service-oriented mindset, demonstrating empathy, patience, and responsiveness Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with team members and customers
Preferred But Not Required
One year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, or administrative roles within a contact center environment Experience working in state or federal programs
Responsibilities
In this role, your primary responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls to support customer service, technical support, and sales initiatives. You will engage with customers across the country, resolving support issues, providing product information, and promoting new services to enhance customer satisfaction. Your role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities Include
Handling inbound and outbound contacts professionally, courteously, and efficiently Achieving first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call management Researching systems to find missing information and collaborating with other departments to resolve issues Accurately documenting customer interactions, claims, and resolutions in designated systems Leading fact-finding discussions to identify the best solutions for customers Utilizing knowledge bases and training materials to provide accurate answers while adhering to scripts, policies, and procedures Maintaining confidentiality and security of personal and sensitive information Escalating complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments when necessary Participating in ongoing training sessions and reviewing new materials to stay current with program updates and system changes Adhering to scheduled shifts and attendance requirements to ensure team consistency
