SAP Cloud Analytics Developer
About the role
We’re looking for an SAP professional with extensive experience with SAP Cloud Analytics (SAC). The SAC Developer will play a key role in transforming enterprise data into meaningful business insights through the design and development of intuitive reports, interactive dashboards, and analytical solutions within SAP Analytics Cloud. Working closely with business stakeholders and ERP project teams, you will translate complex reporting requirements into scalable, high-performance dashboards that support informed decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) reports, dashboards, stories, and analytics applications that deliver meaningful business insights. Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and ERP teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into intuitive, user-friendly dashboard solutions. Develop and optimize SAC data models, calculations, KPIs, restricted measures, hierarchies, and business metrics using SAP Datasphere, SAP S/4HANA, and other enterprise data sources. Create visually compelling, interactive dashboards that improve data accessibility, support executive reporting, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. Optimize report and dashboard performance, conduct testing and troubleshooting, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure reporting solutions meet governance, security, and quality standards. Champion safety while maintaining technical documentation, promoting reporting best practices, and continuously improving enterprise reporting capabilities by leveraging the latest SAP Analytics Cloud features.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline. 3+ years of hands-on experience developing reports and dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), including Stories, Optimized Stories, Responsive Pages, Analytics Designer, and KPI dashboards. Strong expertise in report development, dashboard design, data visualization, SAC modeling, calculations, variables, hierarchies, and business KPI development. Experience building enterprise reporting solutions using SAP Datasphere, SAP S/4HANA, or other SAP data platforms, with knowledge of reporting governance, security, and data modeling best practices. Experience supporting reporting and analytics initiatives for business functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Asset Management, Logistics, or Operations; planning and forecasting experience is considered an asset. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders. SAP Analytics Cloud certification is considered an asset.
Pay: $80-100 per/hour incorporated
Three days on site (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) in Downtown, Vancouver, BC
