About the role
We're seeking a Senior Applications Architect (RQ00517) for Supply Ontario. This onsite role architects complex ServiceNow implementations across ITSM/ITOM/ITAM modules with deep CMDB/CSDM expertise, enterprise integrations (REST/SOAP/IntegrationHub/MID Server), and JavaScript/Glide development delivering architecture designs, integration documentation, and AI/Copilot patterns across 132 business days. Position Details Client: Supply Ontario
Location: Metro Hall, 55 John Street, Toronto, Canada ( Onsite - 3 days/week hybrid )
Start Date: April 1, 2026
End Date: October 1, 2026
Duration: 132 business days ( 6 months + 6 month extension option )
Hours: 7.25 hours per day (5 days/week)

Must Haves (Minimum 5+ Years Each):
- ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM modules
- CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, enterprise data governance
- Integrations: REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, event ingestion, SSO/SAML/OAuth
- ServiceNow development: JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, ATF, update sets, CI/CD
- Stakeholder communication translating business objectives to technical solutions
Qualifications Full Job Description (Complete - No Truncation):
- Minimum 3+ years architecting or leading complex ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM).
- Deep expertise in CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and enterprise data governance.
- Strong integration experience including REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, event ingestion from monitoring tools, and identity integrations (SSO/SAML/OAuth).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development and configuration practices including JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, ATF, update sets, source control, CI/CD, and performance optimization.
- Demonstrated experience working in large, complex, or public-sector environments with formal governance and audit requirements.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to translate City business objectives into scalable technical solutions.
- ServiceNow certifications preferred: CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM; CTA or architect-level recognition considered an asset.
- Experience designing or integrating ServiceNow Mobile App, Virtual Agent, AI-assisted workflows, or Copilot-style integrations within enterprise or public-sector environments considered an asset.

- Integration designs and data flow documentation
- Architecture review outcomes and decision records
- Mobile architecture patterns and recommended ServiceNow Mobile App use cases
- AI / Copilot integration architecture, guardrails, and decision recommendations
- Platform roadmap input and technical debt reduction recommendations
- Audit-ready documentation supporting governance, security, and SDLC compliance
Nice To Have
- ServiceNow certifications preferred: CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM; CTA or architect-level recognition considered an asset.
