We’re looking for an innovative and dynamic thinker to serve as Salesforce Administrator. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, analytical and co-operative. In this role you will work with Salesforce to streamline, automate, and integrate with other business enabling platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Executes on configuration of Salesforce, including complex enhancements, integrations, data management, and full‑cycle deployments across Salesforce environments.
- Provides ongoing support, scalable, customized Salesforce solutions that enhance usability, and support organizational goals.
- Provides technical expertise to the capabilities of the system; guides development, integration, and testing procedures.
- Produces documentation for configuration and testing efforts, such as results, activities, data, and tracking.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to understand needs, assess solution options, and ensure the platform evolves in alignment with business priorities.

What You’ve Got
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Salesforce Administrator certifications or a combination of knowledge and demonstrated Salesforce experience
- Advanced knowledge in system configuration, reporting, data requirements, access setup and maintenance, integration and data management
- Intermediate knowledge in testing techniques and validation for new and existing applications, products, and services
