About the role

Wimborne St Giles First School is a lovely village school in an idyllic setting.

We have an amazing opportunity for someone special to join the school and village community as we are now seeking a new Office Administrator. We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Receptionist/Administrator to join our amazing team!

We pride ourselves on being a happy, warm and welcoming school with children at the heart of everything we do. As the face of the school, we are looking for a person who is personable and confident whilst able to confidently manage multiple tasks.

This role has a lot to offer with no two days being the same, you will be the first point of contact for parents and be responsible for the management of the School Information Management system. Previous experience of working in a school is desirable but not essential.

Wimborne St Giles First School is part of a Multi Academy Trust and although this role is independent within the school, this person will be supported by a group of school administrators from across the Trust.

This role is for 15 hours per week across 3 days and includes some MDSA responsibilities

Monday, 8:30am to 1:30pm

Thursday, 8:30am to 1:30pm

Friday, 8:30am to 1:30pm

The role is term time only, 38 weeks per year
