Parker Huggett is partnering with an established and highly respected General Contractor that continues to secure significant project awards across Southern Ontario. With several recently awarded projects now moving into execution, active recruitment is underway for experienced construction professionals who can help drive successful project delivery.
As the successful candidate, you will join a collaborative team responsible for delivering complex ICI projects ranging from $10M to $100M, including major renovations, occupied-space retrofits, institutional facilities, seniors housing developments, healthcare projects, transit infrastructure, post-secondary buildings, and ground-up construction.
This is a role for a construction professional who enjoys taking ownership of projects, building strong relationships, mentoring team members, and collaborating with clients, consultants, trades, and internal stakeholders to achieve exceptional project outcomes.
About You
The successful candidate will have the following
Demonstrated experience working for a General Contractor on projects ranging from $20M to $100M Strong experience delivering ground-up construction projects as well as large-scale renovations and retrofit work Motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Proven ability to collaborate effectively with owners, consultants, trades, and project teams to achieve key milestones Strong leadership capabilities with a passion for mentoring and developing junior project staff A solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to successfully navigate complex project challenges The flexibility to work in a role that combines both office and site responsibilities
