YOUR CHALLENGES

  • Guide and lead the customer service team to achieve operational objectives.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise, coach, and evaluate the activities of the customer relations center team;
  • Provide the team with regular performance feedback;
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize operations and drive sales;
  • Monitor key performance indicators and propose corrective actions;
  • Support the team in resolving complex situations and achieving objectives.

YOUR SPECIFIC SUCCESS MEASURES

  • Service level;
  • Average handling time;
  • Average response time;
  • CSAT;
  • CES.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience in a sales and customer service department, ideally within a contact center;
  • Team management experience;
  • Experience with a CRM system (an asset);
  • Strong knowledge of the MS Office suite;
  • Comfort with technology;
  • Bilingualism.
