We are looking for an Office Services Administrator to join our BrokerLink Team in Edmonton, AB on a Permanent Full Time Basis.

Overview:
The Office Services Administrator (OSA) provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of all Northern Alberta branches. Reporting to the Regional Office Services Manager (OSM), the OSA supports day-to-day business operations, manages all branch supply needs, assists with project coordination, and helps address facility-related issues in collaboration with internal teams and external contractors. This role requires flexibility, strong organizational skills, and occasional travel to regional branches.
What the Role Entails:
- Perform various administrative duties to support general business operations across Northern Alberta branches.
- Provide direct administrative support to the Regional Office Services Manager on a variety of projects and initiatives.
- Assist with invoice management and processing alongside the OSM.
- Manage supply orders and inventory for all Northern Alberta branches, working closely with branch managers to ensure locations have the materials and equipment needed to operate effectively.
- Work closely with the Real Estate & Facilities (RE&F) department and external contractors to address facility-related needs, ensuring timely coordination and resolution of issues — including urgent matters such as plumbing, safety, heating/cooling, or maintenance concerns. Support the OSM by completing preliminary work to vet and source approved vendors, helping ensure efficient and reliable service delivery across all Northern Alberta branches.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for projects, new initiatives, and departmental goals.
- Build positive working relationships with coworkers, managers, and vendors to facilitate collaboration and efficient problem-solving.
- Support reception coverage or other branch needs as required.
- Travel occasionally to various Northern Alberta branches to provide onsite administrative support and ensure operational consistency.
The Successful candidate will have:

- 1 or more years of experience in customer service or administrative support role.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and comfortable learning new systems.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Able to travel occasionally within Northern Alberta as required.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and credit check
