Hiring Manager: National Sales Field Director Department: Shiseido/CBP Direct Reports: Freelancers Job Title: Sales & Education Executive Location: Vancouver, Burnaby, Okanagan

Job Summary: Provide strategic, operational, and creative leadership to assigned retail accounts. Develop strong relationships with the retail management and staff to achieve sales targets for assigned brands. Key responsibilities include development and execution of marketing, sales strategies, and events to achieve retail and net sales plans. Implement education strategies for product knowledge and selling techniques.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Sales Planning & Execution Achieve net and retail sales targets for assigned brands for accounts by partnering with retail management, motivating, and managing sales staff and implementing marketing initiatives Maximize profit contribution by increasing sales, managing expenses, and negotiating retailer support. Negotiate sell-in for seasonal launches and core assortments across independent accounts, partnering on sell-through strategies to drive sustainable growth and reduce return rates Account Service Provide exceptional service to assigned store accounts Work with store management teams to analyze the retail results and identify opportunities to develop the business to achieve and exceed sales plans Conduct business reviews in key accounts Conduct seasonal marketing presentations to all accounts Plan and execute marketing plans for assigned brands Plan, execute and participate in special events to create animation Motivating Retailer Beauty Advisors Manage, mentor and develop Beauty Advisors in all assigned stores Maximize job satisfaction, increase productivity and reduce turnover rate Provide in-store coaching of business skills, product knowledge and selling techniques Upholding the Shiseido Corporate and Brand Values Representing the brand image by upholding the corporate brand values and standards in corporate and public settings Communicating the Shiseido corporate culture Be proactive and creative with problem-solving attributes to evolve with market conditions

Qualifications & Competencies: University Degree or College Diploma in Business related disciplines Preferred experience as an MUA Strong leadership, analytical, negotiating, and organizational abilities Minimum 5 years retail sales experience ideally in the cosmetic industry Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to all assigned accounts Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Must be detail oriented and ability to multi-task Excellent organizational skills
