The team:
When it comes to telling the world about Jobber and moving new people through a funnel, Marketing is your department. They handle everything from spreading awareness to answering “What’s Jobber?” to getting new customers in the door, to turning those customers into Jobber advocates!
Our Brand Partnerships team manages both short-term and long-term relationshipswith online influencers. Our team is constantly seeking and reaching out to new influencers who create content that builds awareness of Jobber programs and recommends Jobber software to their communities, ultimately driving new customers to Jobber.
The role:
The Brand Partnerships Operations Manager at Jobber is a confident, self-starter with a history of running team operations who will proactively drive efficiency, structure, and visibility across the Brand Partnerships team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Brand Partnerships, this role identifies internal processes and workflows to improve and innovate upon, ensuring priorities align with business goals as we work toward scaling targets.
You’ll own and implement all the systems, processes, tools, and reporting that enable the Brand Partnerships team to work effectively, while triaging and assigning cross-functional work across the team. The role includes building workflows, managing workback schedules, and ensuring resources and timelines are aligned. You’ll identify risks or resourcing gaps, introduce solutions such as automation or AI-driven processes, and support long-term planning to keep the team ready for future priorities.
Collaboration and communication are central to this role. You’ll partner with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Creative, Product, Revenue Operations, Analytics, and external vendors to ensure our Brand Partnerships program is equipped to deliver measurable outcomes. You’ll use data to guide decisions, analyze performance to optimize results, and foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and team growth.
The Brand Partnerships Operations Manager will:
- Proactively Build and Refine Processes to Improve Program Efficiency, leveraging internal partnerships, AI, tooling, and automation to create scalable workflows and systems.
- Performance and Reporting: Track KPIs through dashboards (conversions, performance, program impact) and audit reporting processes to discover and implement optimizations.
- Resource and Project Planning: Identify resourcing needs and effectively plan strategic projects alongside your Brand Partnerships team to ensure clear workflows, deliverables, and cross-functional alignment.
- Manage Team Operations byleading team stand-ups and supporting team operations for collaborations with Brand Partners, such as contract renewals, onboarding, training, and internal communications, ensuring accountability and alignment across the team.
- Support Cross-Functional Collaboration by managing intake requests, scoping priorities, and assigning work featuring Brand Partners across multiple marketing campaigns. Own communication and provide proactive updates on plans.
To be successful, you should have:
- Proven experience of project or operational management experience.
- Operational and process skills, including experience with AI, automations, workflows, and various tooling platforms.
- A good understanding of social media and influencer marketing/user-generated content.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with broad organizational impact.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with expertise using Asana or other project management software.
- A self-starter who is forward-thinking but can balance the ever-changing needs of the business within a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- A track record of developing and refining operational processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- A forward-thinking mindset, able to adapt strategies based on market insights and evolving business needs.
- A demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and tailor your communication to different working and learning styles, ensuring clarity and trust across diverse teams.
It would be really great (but not a deal-breaker) if you had:
- Previous hands-on operations experience for a SaaS company or tech startup.
- Education in Project Management, Business, Strategy, or related fields. BA, BS, MBA or MS in a Business or related field is a plus.
- Experience managing projects within a marketing team with an emphasis on digital marketing or influencer marketing.
Compensation :
At Jobber, we believe that compensation should be transparent, fair, and reflective of your experience and growth. This role has a minimum annual salary of $98,300, a midpoint of $115,700, and a maximum salary of $133,100, designed to show the progression from learning the ropes to truly excelling.
We design our compensation to reflect each new hire’s skills, experience against the complexity of the role, ensuring a fair and competitive salary. Our range is intentionally broad to support growth and long-term impact, with fully established hires typically starting around the midpoint. The higher end of the range is reserved for those who have demonstrated deep expertise and lasting contributions, while offers below the midpoint reflect strong potential with room to develop. This approach ensures that compensation aligns with both an individual’s current capabilities and their opportunity for future growth.
Base salary is just one part of a total compensation package that will include equity rewards, annual stipends for health and wellness, retirement savings matching, and an extended health package with fully paid premiums for body and mind.
