About the role
Marketing Manager – Wealth Marketing (14-Month Contract)
Location: Toronto (3–4 days onsite/week) Contract: 14 Months (strong potential for extension or permanent conversion) Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST (37.5 hours/week, additional hours as required)
Pay Rates: T4: 41-43/hr IC: 48-51/hr
Marketing Project Management Lead multiple marketing initiatives with competing priorities and tight deadlines. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and critical paths. Execute integrated go-to-market strategies for campaigns, promotions, and client offers. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Campaign Execution Coordinate campaign development with internal marketing teams and external agencies. Support creative production, media execution, and campaign launches. Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Compliance & Creative Coordination Review creative assets to ensure legal and compliance requirements are met. Coordinate approval workflows and campaign trafficking. Prepare executive presentations, campaign decks, and marketing updates. Manage French translation requests and quality assurance. Stakeholder Management Partner with business leaders, marketing teams, agencies, finance, and compliance teams. Build strong relationships while influencing decisions across multiple stakeholders. Provide regular project updates and proactively manage risks and dependencies. Reporting & Marketing Analytics Monitor campaign performance and marketing KPIs. Prepare monthly performance dashboards and executive reporting. Analyze campaign results and identify opportunities for optimization. Support data-driven decision making through reporting and analytics. Budget & Financial Management Manage campaign budgets and marketing spend. Track forecasts versus actuals and prepare monthly financial reports. Partner with Finance to ensure budget accuracy and reporting compliance.
What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who combines strong marketing knowledge with exceptional project management and analytical skills. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand Marketing, Campaign Management, or Marketing Operations. Proven experience managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously. Strong project management and organizational skills. Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance. Comfortable working with data, KPIs, and marketing reporting. Experience working within Banking, Financial Services, Wealth Management, or supporting financial stakeholders. Experience working with Marketing or Advertising agencies. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly competitive, transformational environment. Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. Nice to Have Experience supporting Online Brokerage or Self-Directed Investing products. Knowledge of Wealth Management marketing. Experience with digital marketing analytics and reporting tools.
