Description What the role is all about: Tube Park Team Members are responsible for the overall operation and facilitation of the Tube Park attraction, including guest safety, guest satisfaction, and the proper set-up and use of equipment to support a successful operation of the attraction.

- Providing a safe and enjoyable experience to all WinSport guests through outstanding guest service and product knowledge, bringing positivity, fun, and enthusiasm to all your interactions.
- Maintaining an exceptional standard of service while dealing with large volumes of guests, always keeping the quality of their experience a priority.
- Adhering to all processes and expectations for all day-to-day operational procedures, which include: the opening/closing duties of the Tube Park, private bookings, daily inspections, providing safety introduction or information, facilitating large and small groups of guests during their WinSport experiences, and reporting of any incidents.
- Responsible for safe operation and monitoring of guests in the Tube Park.
- Maintain safe and correct procedures when storing and containing all equipment.
- Demonstrating safe work practices and a high degree of safety awareness.
- Directing traffic in our brand new, Tube Park operations parking lot
- Supporting other areas as needed and as directed.
What You Bring
- 1+ years customer service experience is beneficial
- A lively and enthusiastic personality, with the natural ability to communicate with people of all ages and express a guest-friendly attitude always
- Ability to work outdoors for 100% of shifts, in all weather conditions
- Ability to work effectively within a dynamic team under stressful and busy situations
- Ability to handle conflict and make independent, time-sensitive decisions
- Proactive, energetic, with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to take initiative and can adapt to frequently changing environments
- Availability to work during regular operating hours if required (Friday evenings, all day Saturday & Sunday)
- Flexibility for shifts during alternate hours is an asset (for private bookings)
- Full availability between December – January Holiday seasons is required
You Will Be
- Standing for long periods
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions (including harsh winter weather)
- Heavy lifting (40lbs), including repetitive bending, reaching, pushing, and moving equipment and groups of guests (in tubes)
- Manual dexterity and computer use

The Bill Warren Training Centre (BWTC) opened in January 1994. The facility provides fitness training and support services to Nordic athletes and the public. The BWTC is located at the Canmore Nordic Centre. It was the host site of the cross-country skiing and biathlon events at the 1988 Olympic Winter Games.
