Position Overview
Working as a student at Tilbury Manor is more than just a job—it’s about connection, community, and compassion. You’ll work closely with our team and residents, gaining valuable skills and making a positive impact.
Roles and Responsibilities
Depending on your interests and availability, you may:
- Review of employee files to ensure all required documents are present
- Assist the Nursing Administrative Assistant with day to day tasks like: filing, scheduling, filling shifts and other administrative duties
- Be a friendly, familiar face that brightens someone’s day

Requirements
- Attend an interview to determine eligibility
- A 2-Step TB Test within the last 6 months
- Students over age 18 will need a Criminal Reference Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
- Students under 18 years old will require an original letter from the Principle/Teacher/Guidance Counsellor
- Must submit at least two references
- Sign homes Code of Conduct
