Études: Diplôme d'études secondaires ou l'équivalent. Tâches: Déterminer la taille des portions alimentaires et les coûts. Commander des aliments et des fournitures de cuisine. Préparer et faire cuire des plats ou des repas complets. Préparer des plats destinés à des clients souffrant d'allergies ou d'intolérances alimentaires. Tenir l'inventaire et les dossiers sur la nourriture, les articles et l'équipement. Nettoyer la cuisine et les espaces de travail. Programmes du gouvernement: Employeur reconnu. Expérience: 2 ans à moins de 3 ans. Soutien pour les jeunes: Offre des formations en cours d'emploi adaptée aux jeunes. Offre au personnel des formations de sensibilisation afin de créer un environnement de travail accueillant pour les jeunes .
