Automotive Service Advisor – No Experience Required

What a Day Looks Like (The Real Duties)

Meet every customer with a smile and genuinely listen while they describe what’s happing with their vehicle

Translate technician findings into simple, honest language and give accurate repair estimates

Recommend the right maintenance and repairs (without pressure selling) so customers leave knowing their car is safe

Handle appointments, digital service orders, and warranty paperwork

Make follow up calls and turn one-time customers into lifelong ones

Keep the service drive moving smoothly even when its busy
You’ll be the bridge between the customer and the shop – the face, the voice, and the heartbeat of the service department.

Stay organized and detailed focuses while juggling phones and walks ins

Keep a positive attitude when the schedule gets crazy

Have basic computer skills (we have dealership specific software)

Hold a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Car knowledge? We’ll teach you everything
Sales experience? A huge plus but not required
Hospitality or retail background? That’s exactly the transferrable skill set we want.
