Are you a skilled Ironworker with a passion for challenging and rewarding projects? Surespan is excited to offer immediate openings for experienced Ironworkers to join our dynamic team in Western Canada. Key Responsibilities:

Blueprint Mastery: Interpret and understand blueprints and specifications to ensure precise work execution.

Steel Preparation: Offload, sort, and prepare structural steel for erection, ensuring all materials are ready for installation.

Steel Erection: Perform the erection of structural steel and miscellaneous metalwork with precision and expertise.
-
Rigging and Signaling: Operate rigging equipment and signal crane operators to ensure smooth and safe operations.

Additional Duties: Take on other responsibilities as directed by the foreman or superintendent to support project needs.

Rotation Schedule: Enjoy a balanced work-life structure with a 21-day on, 7-day off rotation.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Minimum 5 years of ironworking experience. Experience with bridge erection is a plus.

Certifications: Fall protection, rigging experience/certifications, and AWP tickets are required. Welding tickets and telehandler experience are advantageous but not mandatory.

Skills: A proven track record of safe practice on construction sites, strong communication, and teamwork skills are essential.

Physical Stamina: Ability to work in various outdoor conditions and handle physically demanding tasks.

Additional Requirements: A valid driver’s license is mandatory, along with a willingness to travel.
