Reporting to the Director of Support, Operations, Campus & Compliance, the IT Business Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting the needs of operational teams in order to improve the organization's systems and processes. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with IT teams and external vendors to plan and deploy technical solutions. You will actively participate in continuous improvement projects, train end users, and play a key role in the company's digital transformation initiatives. You will also be responsible for managing projects related to system optimization, ensuring their efficiency and relevance throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Key Responsabilities

  • Conduct business needs analysis, model processes, and propose appropriate technical solutions.
  • Gather, analyze, and document requests for system improvements from operational teams.
  • Act as the main point of contact with vendors and internal teams for technical and operational issues.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to validate solutions and coordinate developments.
  • Conduct rigorous testing and coordinate the deployment of new features.
  • Prepare functional and technical documents, including training guides, in collaboration with operational and IT teams.
  • Provide post-implementation support to end-users.
  • Offer level 2 and 3 technical support for various IT systems.

Desired Profil

  • Hold a university degree in computer science, business administration, IT management, or a related field.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in IT business analysis for projects.
  • Expertise in project coordination.
  • Knowledge of business processes in a distribution or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English, both orally and in writing.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
