We are looking for an Marketing & Communications Assistant to join the fast-paced Marketing and Communications team at BrokerLink and work out of our Calgary office on a Permanent Full Time Basis.

What the role entails:

• Assisting with corporate and branch-level communications initiatives.
• Managing invoices and payables for the Marketing and Communications team.
• Coordinating fulfillment and handling inquiries related to marketing campaign incentives.
• Preparing and cleaning customer mailing lists for campaign use.
• Responding to inquiries received through various marketing email inboxes.
• Assisting with the management of Google and other online reviews.
• Providing general administrative support as needed.

The successful candidate will have:

• High School and/or Post-Secondary Education
• 2-5 years’ experience in an office environment
• Computer skills - keyboarding and MS Office. Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Word required
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
