Sr. Business System Analyst for AML TS, you will be responsible for:
-
Systems requirement management by liaising between the Business/Business Analyst, Technology vendors, business stakeholders, and other subject matter expert to plan, elicit, analyze, document, communicate and manage system requirements.

You will be assessing current capabilities, understanding high-level business requirements and applying technical background/understanding in the development of system requirements and functional documents.
-
Assessing the needs of a business client and looking for opportunities to develop and grow the business through effective use of technology ; collaborate with Business Analysts and other Technology professionals to determine if solutions currently exist (internally or externally) or whether new solutions are feasible, and determine how such solutions will impact existing work processes and systems, and how to manage the integration

Data mapping, understanding flow of data from source to target systems, well versed with process flows
-
Hands on experience working in Agile methodology and Jira, Confluence.
-
Prior experience working in name screening applications like Nice Actimize, Watchlist management etc.
-
Must have AML experience, name screening, ETL rules and working on data mapping documents.
Must have:
-
Relevant management experience specifically with portfolio management and financial management.
-
communication and writing skills.

Can collaborate effectively with others to establish and execute on common goals.

Develop effective and efficient solutions by researching/analyzing current state system capabilities and defining technology solutions options / recommendations working closely with key technology partners (e.g., Solution Designers and Architects)

Define, document and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications considering non-functional requirements

Support testing teams in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, user acceptance, and operational acceptance testing
-
Support and contribute to project management activities by participating in the scoping and estimating of project efforts, risks identification and mitigation measures recommendation, communicating activity status and providing timely notification and escalation of possible issues/problems to the Project Manager
• Participate in quality management reviews, in particular reviews of the designs, prototypes and other requirements work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements • Support collaboration with key stakeholders to determine solutions, assess impact to existing work processes and systems, and how to manage the integration
