RoleDescription
The Business Development Director is a performance-based, fully remote role. You will lead initiatives to identify, create, and secure new business opportunities that align with our business mission and revenue goals. This position offers the flexibility to collaborate virtually with global peers while directly driving business growth and making an impact in the personal development and education space.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy: Develop and execute strategic business and marketing plans. Marketing: Run marketing campaigns across various social media platforms. Lead Generation: Drive lead generation efforts to consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Client Relations: Follow up with prospective clients and build strong, lasting relationships with clients and peers. Account Management: Manage client accounts, including regular communication, CRM updates, and invoicing. Growth: Through ongoing personal and professional development online courses and live events.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional working experience. Drive: Ambitious, self-driven, and highly disciplined with a strong desire to reach success and revenue targets. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Independence: Proven ability to work independently and thrive consistently in a remote, collaborative environment. Attitude: A professional demeanor, organized work habits, and a positive "can-do "attitude. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using digital tools and social media platforms is a strong asset. Eligibility: Must be an English-speaking Canadian resident with a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN).
