About the Role
As Sales Manager, you will report to the General Manager and be actively involved in every aspect of the Sales Department. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will help set direction, support the team, and contribute to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a superior customer satisfaction rating
- Support and oversee vehicle inventory responsibilities
- Lead with enthusiasm, motivation, and positivity
- Inspire, train, and coach a strong sales team
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for growth
- Use CRM tools effectively, be familiar with PBS Systems, and hold an AMVIC license

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ management experience is preferred
Requirements:
- A valid AB driver’s license and a current clean driver’s abstract
