B2B Cybersecurity Content & Social Media Strategist
Role Overview OBRYN GUARD® is seeking a B2B Cybersecurity Content & Social Media Strategist to help build a premium, credible, and lead-generating digital presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels. This role is responsible for developing content strategy, creating professional cybersecurity-focused posts, managing the social media calendar, publishing content, tracking performance, and ensuring every piece of content supports OBRYN GUARD®’s position as a trusted cyber risk and compliance partner for hotels and hospitality businesses. This is not a basic social media posting role. The ideal candidate must understand how to create content that builds authority, educates business decision-makers, supports sales outreach, and turns cybersecurity risk into clear, executive-level messaging.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage OBRYN GUARD®’s weekly and monthly content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. Create professional B2B content focused on cybersecurity, cyber risk, compliance, PCI DSS, vendor access, cyber insurance readiness, hotel risk exposure, and operational security. Write captions, post copy, founder-led content, short-form educational posts, carousel outlines, and campaign messaging. Schedule and publish content consistently while maintaining the company’s premium, enterprise-level brand tone. Work with designers to develop clean, luxury-branded visuals, carousels, infographics, and social media assets. Support sales campaigns by creating content that helps SDRs and AEs start conversations with hotel owners, general managers, executives, and decision-makers. Track content performance, including engagement, reach, profile visits, link clicks, inquiries, and booked calls. Identify relevant industry trends, hotel cybersecurity risks, breach examples, compliance updates, and content opportunities. Help position OBRYN GUARD® as a credible authority in hotel cyber risk, compliance readiness, and cyber insurance alignment. Maintain brand consistency across all written and visual content.
Qualifications
Experience in B2B content strategy, social media strategy, cybersecurity marketing, SaaS marketing, or professional services marketing. Strong writing ability with the skill to turn complex cybersecurity and compliance topics into simple, clear, executive-level content. Understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram content strategy, especially for B2B brands. Ability to create content that supports lead generation, sales conversations, and brand authority. Strong understanding of business audiences, especially owners, executives, managers, and decision-makers. Experience creating or managing content calendars, campaign plans, captions, and post schedules. Ability to work with designers and translate content ideas into strong visual concepts. Strong research skills and ability to identify credible cybersecurity, compliance, hospitality, and business risk topics. High attention to detail, professionalism, and brand consistency. Comfortable working in an early-stage company environment where systems are being built quickly.
Preferred Experience
Experience in cybersecurity, compliance, SaaS, risk management, insurance, hospitality, or B2B technology. Familiarity with topics such as PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, cyber insurance, vendor risk, phishing, ransomware, access control, and incident response. Experience creating founder-led content for CEOs, consultants, advisors, or B2B executives. Experience supporting outbound sales teams with content, campaign angles, and lead-generation messaging. Basic understanding of analytics, post performance tracking, and campaign reporting.
