Responsibilities IGT is seeking a skilled .NET Developer to join our Systems Group in building and supporting mission-critical applications that power our manufacturing and business operations.
In this role, you’ll develop integrated solutions using Visual Studio, C#, and SQL Server. We’re looking for a collaborative team player with experience delivering reliable, scalable applications in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications Qualified Candidates will have the following experience:
- 5+ years of Windows application development
- Experience developing WPF and ASP web applications
- 5+ years of database development (MS SQL Server preferred)
- Strong SQL skills, including stored procedures and triggers
- Object-oriented design and development using C# and/or VB.NET
- Experience with .NET Framework 3.5 and above
- Client-server and/or web service application development
Required Competencies
- Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather software requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- High attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
Preferred Skills
- Web services development
- ASP.NET MVC, ADO.NET, HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Entity Framework
- Systems integration experience
