About the Job

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Mobile Fleet Supervisor to lead our maintenance operations and keep our fleet running at peak performance. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll oversee all maintenance activities for our highway trucks and heavy equipment, ensuring maximum uptime, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.

In this leadership role, you’ll manage our repair facility and its team, ensuring all work is carried out safely, accurately, and in full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Success in this position requires strong initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize a busy workload. You’ll interact regularly with colleagues across the organization, so professionalism, tact, and clear communication are essential.

If you’re a hands-on leader with deep mechanical knowledge and a passion for building high-performing teams, we want to hear from you. Based out of our Niagara Falls location

Salary range of $105,000 - $115,00 based on experience and qualifications

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing and scheduling maintenance for all highway trucks and heavy equipment to ensure peak efficiency, reduced downtime, and improved cost effectiveness.
  • Maintaining a safe and compliant repair facility, meeting all health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Supervising and supporting the highway truck and heavy equipment repair teams, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Providing leadership through guidance, motivation, performance reviews, hiring, and—when necessary—employee terminations.
  • Managing parts inventory, tracking invoices, and ensuring adequate supply levels; placing orders when required.
  • Sourcing new materials and identifying opportunities to boost efficiency across both on-road and off-road operations.
  • Monitoring equipment condition and recommending improvements to enhance operational performance.

Here’s What You Need

  • High school diploma (or equivalent).
  • 310T Truck & Coach Technician or 421A Heavy Duty Equipment Technician certification (required).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a truck/heavy equipment technician with supervisory responsibilities.
  • WHMIS training is an asset.
  • Advanced ability to work safely with mechanical parts and equipment.
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.

What’s in it for you

  • You become part of a team you can count on
  • A comprehensive total rewards package and benefits to support your wellbeing
  • Leaders who support your growth and success
  • A workplace that provides the best health & safety practices in industry
  • Give back to your community with two paid volunteer days annually and opportunities to become involved in events
