  • Establish EA processes, standards, reference models, and methodologies integrated with the project management lifecycle.
  • Create stakeholder engagement strategies, communication plans, and educational/change management materials to ensure adoption of EA practices.
  • Build internal EA capabilities by delivering training, knowledge transfer, mentorship, and sustainability recommendations.
  • Define KPIs, performance metrics, and continuous improvement strategies for EA practices.
  • Provide strategic advice and technical expertise to ensure architectural decisions are aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience as a Technical or Enterprise Architect with direct involvement in EA frameworks, modeling, and solution delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks; TOGAF certification or equivalent is highly recommended.
  • Experience in the utility sector is considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles and practices.
  • Hands-on experience with architecture modeling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect.
