What You'll Do
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair heating equipment at customer sites and shops.
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment rent-ready.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Train customers on safe and proper use of equipment.
- Travel up to 50% across North America-no two days are the same!
What We're Looking For
Mechanical/technical background (diesel, HVAC, or similar).
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Comfortable working independently and on the road.
Safety-focused and customer-driven.
Experience dealing with customers and a strong focus on customer service
Good communication skills, along with regular use of cell phones and laptops
Valid driver's license and ability to haul trailers if needed
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, safety-first oriented environment

Rental Equipment Investment Company is an equipment rental company that specializes in general rental, earth moving and specialty equipment rentals. Our niche is purchasing well-run, small to mid-size rental equipment companies along with strategic greenfield additions across the United States. Our purpose is to integrate all of our acquisitions as one company and add value by upgrading equipment inventories along with creating career path advancement for all of our employees.
We have over 30 locations in seven states and operate under several brand names: Midway Rental located in Montana, Pro Rentals and Sales in Idaho, Washington, Utah and Oregon, Aim High located in Colorado and Wyoming, Excavator Rental Services in Oregon and Washington, and Black Mountain Rental in Wyoming.
