You're a highly organized, detail-obsessed coordinator who thrives on keeping complex projects and teams on track. You’re just as comfortable driving follow-ups as you are creating polished presentations or designing systems for improvement. You anticipate blockers before they become problems and love creating order.

You’ve likely supported fast-paced, high-performing technology or operations teams before—and you know how to maintain momentum without sacrificing quality.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Project & Task Management
• • Support large and small initiatives from kickoff through delivery
  • Break work into clear, actionable deliverables with owners and deadlines
  • Document and track work in Confluence and Jira, ensuring visibility and follow-through
  • Proactively escalate blockers and ensure timely updates
• Strategic & Operational Project Support
• • Project manage deliverables for the Staff Engineer, including Jira epics and stories
  • Own data quality and hygiene for the Support Engineering Jira board, ensuring key stakeholders are complying with data entry requirements
• Team Coordination & Operational Cadence
• • Coordinate recurring org-wide events like Tech Town Halls, Quarterly Planning, and functional reviews
  • Maintain the master Technology operations calendar
  • Coordinate prep for events such as Functional Reviews, Board meetings, and Town Halls
  • Ensure timelines and responsibilities are clear, and materials are professional and accurate
• Quality, Accuracy & Detail
• • Ensure documentation, presentations, and reports are complete, consistent, and accurate
  • Create templates and checklists for repeatable processes and help drive way of working improvements
  • Identify when work is stalled and take initiative to move it forward
  • Clarify ambiguity, surface dependencies, and follow up through resolution
  • Maintain a personal backlog of follow-ups, process improvements, and low-lift task

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• 3–5 years in an administrative, operational, or project coordination role—ideally supporting technology teams
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and driving accountability across teams

TOOLS & APPLICATIONS:

• Experience supporting the execution of a product roadmap and strategy.

WOULD BE A PLUS:

• Familiarity with agile processes or experience supporting product/engineering teams
• Experience at a tech company, startup, or SaaS organization
• Comfort coordinating across multiple time zones and international teams
