About the opportunity

As a member of the Information Technology (I.T.) team, you will work alongside the Enterprise Applications and PMO teams to support application delivery, IT service management implementation, workload reporting, vendor coordination, project financial tracking, and roadmap collaboration. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience across enterprise applications, IT operations, governance, and digital transformation. You will be introduced to how business priorities are translated into technology roadmaps, how ITSM tools such as Helix Remedy support operational maturity, and how project, budget, vendor, and portfolio information are managed to support decision-making. If you're a student who is organized, analytical, collaborative, and interested in enterprise technology, this internship is a strong opportunity to apply your skills, grow professionally, and contribute to meaningful IT outcomes. By the end of the internship, you will have developed practical experience in process documentation, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and structured problem-solving—valuable assets for any future career in technology, business analysis, project management, or IT operations.

The attributes we are looking for

Analyze, understand, and document Enterprise Applications and PMO processes in detail where required Support the implementation and adoption of the ITSM tool Helix Remedy, including documentation, testing coordination, requirements tracking, and follow-up activities Assist with workload management reporting, demand intake visibility, and project/resource tracking for the Enterprise Applications team Design, build, and maintain basic dashboards and reports to support operational, project, and management visibility Create and maintain project, process, roadmap, and governance documentation Support vendor management activities, including tracking deliverables, actions, meeting notes, and follow-ups Assist with project and budget management activities, including status updates, financial tracking inputs, and reporting preparation Collaborate with team members to maintain and update the Enterprise Applications roadmap and key initiative tracking Coordinate with stakeholders to gather information, validate requirements, and follow up on assigned actions Provide timely updates, identify risks or roadblocks, and work within project planning constraints Passionate about I.T. systems, enterprise applications, process improvement, and digital transformation Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

What you will bring

Interest in enterprise applications, IT service management, project management, and business process improvement Experience or coursework in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Technology Management, Data Analytics, Project Management, or a related field is an asset Understanding of workflow-based logic, process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation principles Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365 tools is an asset Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI or other reporting/dashboard tools is a strong asset Exposure to ITSM platforms, ticketing systems, ERP, SAP, or enterprise applications is an asset Able to quickly learn new business processes, tools, and systems Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and take direction under deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Detail-oriented, proactive, curious, and comfortable following up on actions and deliverables Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program, majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Technology Management, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Compensation

As part of our commitment to fairness, trust, and transparency and our ambition to be an Employer of Choice, the base salary range for this position is $21/h – $27+/h.

Please note: Along with a comprehensive Total Rewards package, your actual base salary will be fair, competitive, and be based on your skills, experience, and qualifications.
