Accountabilities: The Inbound Account Executive will be responsible for managing qualified opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue through a consultative sales approach. The role requires excellent communication skills, sales execution, and the ability to guide prospects through a structured buying journey. Manage and follow up with qualified inbound leads through phone, email, and virtual meetings in a timely and effective manner. Conduct product demonstrations and screen-sharing presentations to showcase solutions aligned with customer needs. Guide prospects through the complete sales process, from discovery and qualification to negotiation and contract closure. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives and internal teams to optimize lead management and scheduling. Build strong relationships with prospective customers by understanding their business challenges and recommending appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline progression, and opportunity tracking within CRM systems. Support pricing discussions and work with leadership on negotiation strategies. Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle. Contribute to team initiatives and continuous improvements within sales processes. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a results-oriented sales professional with experience selling technology solutions and managing customer conversations in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable presenting solutions, handling objections, and working toward ambitious revenue goals. Previous sales experience, ideally in a closing role within a solution-sales, SaaS, or technology-focused environment. Strong presentation, communication, and telephone skills. Experience managing sales cycles and converting qualified leads into customers. Ability to understand customer needs and position technology solutions effectively. Familiarity with quoting, invoicing, purchasing processes, or related commercial activities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French is considered an asset. Strong customer service mindset with a passion for helping businesses succeed. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a target-driven environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Enthusiasm for technology, innovation, and building relationships with customers.
