About the role
Job Title: Service Administrator#1010181 Location: Clairmont, AB (onsite) Duration: 4 months contract (with possibility of extension/conversion)
Must-Have Skills and Experience · Strong communication and customer service skills. · Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment. · Computer proficiency (Excel, Adobe, etc.). · Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. · Mechanical aptitude is an asset. · Assist customers in person, by phone, and via email. · Coordinate service scheduling and manage incoming requests. · Handle interruptions and multitask effectively. · Maintain accurate records and documentation. · Support service writers and technicians as needed. Qualifications · High School diploma or Business Administration diploma. · Minimum 2 years of customer service experience preferred. · Experience with service writing is an asset.
