About the role

Who you are

  • We’re shaping the future of learning with a team that isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo
  • You can connect long-term vision with pragmatic sequencing, seeing how changes in one surface impact others and the broader platform strategy. You are comfortable making trade-offs that balance innovation, reliability, and operational constraints
  • Deep empathy for platform administrators and a strong perspective on what makes complex enterprise systems intuitive, scalable, and efficient
  • You have managed and grown Product Managers and/or Product Owners, helping them sharpen strategy, improve discovery and execution, and develop as leaders. You create clarity, set high standards, and give your team space and support to do their best work
  • You are fluent in designing and interpreting product metrics - adoption, engagement, satisfaction - and you use them alongside qualitative insights to drive prioritization and evaluate impact
  • You are skilled at partnering with Engineering, Design, Intelligence, and Go-to-Market teams, and at influencing leaders and peers who do not report to you. You communicate clearly at all altitudes: from executive strategy to implementation details
  • You thrive in evolving environments where strategy, org structures, and technology are shifting. You can bring stability and focus to your team while adapting plans as new information emerges
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience
  • 8–10+ years of progressive experience in Product Management within B2B SaaS or technology-driven environments
  • 3+ years in a formal product leadership role, guiding a group of Product Managers and/or Product Owners
  • Experience with learner-facing or consumer-like experiences (e.g., learning platforms, HR tech, productivity tools, or other engagement-centric products)
  • Exposure to AI-powered user experiences such as search, recommendations, or assistants, and an understanding of how to apply them responsibly and measurably in product contexts
  • Experience with Identity Management (SSO, authentication) and/or e-commerce systems is a plus
  • Comfortable working with data tooling and analytics to define, track, and act on product metrics

  • Own admin satisfaction and qualitative understanding of experience quality
  • Establish and maintain mechanisms (NPS, CSAT, usability testing, interviews, community feedback) to measure admin satisfaction and sentiment across surfaces. Ensure insights are systematically translated into roadmap decisions and design improvements
  • Partner with Content, Intelligence and Learner Experience teams to deliver a consistent, modern, and accessible admin interface, covering navigation patterns, visual language, interaction models, and core behaviours (e.g., how admin create a course, enroll learners, set notifications…)
  • Collaborate with Data and AI teams to embed AI into the administators experience in ways that are contextual, trustworthy, and measurable
  • Own and coordinate multi-quarter roadmaps for core admin domains such as:
  • Admin experience and navigation
  • Identity & Access Management and User governance
  • Extended Enterprise
  • Ensure that these roadmaps are sequenced to deliver compounding value, reduce fragmentation, and support platform-wide objectives
  • Partner with each PM/PO in the group to define clear North Stars and supporting KPIs (e.g. activation/adoption for specific surfaces), and hold the team accountable for learning, experimentation, and delivery against those goals
  • Set expectations and frameworks for continuous discovery, experiment design, and UX quality within the Administrator Experience group. Partner closely with Design leadership to secure appropriate design capacity and to uphold high standards for interaction and visual design
  • Act as the primary product counterpart for Engineering Managers, Design Leads, and cross-functional partners (e.g., CX, Sales, Support, Marketing) in all matters related to the admin experience. Provide clear communication on priorities, trade-offs, and outcomes to both executive and frontline stakeholders
  • Serve as a visible evangelist for the admin strategy with executives, customers, partners, and at select external events. Translate complex product direction into clear narratives that support sales, customer success, and partner enablement
