Business Systems Analysis 5+ years in software development, preferably as a Business Systems Analyst Agile & Waterfall Methodologies Hands-on experience delivering projects in both environments UML Diagramming Strong knowledge of UML modeling (mandatory) Requirements Gathering & Documentation Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements Communication & Stakeholder Management Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills Strong analytical thinking and relationship-building abilities Multi-Tasking Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Preferred Skills
Experience with SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban
