On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Technical Product Owner who thrives on solving real-world problems, loves turning complexity into clarity, and gets excited when technology makes life easier for people. In this role, you will be a key player in our client’s digital transformation journey: working with passionate teams of developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to make their customer and employee platforms smarter, faster, and friendlier.
Responsibilities
Wear multiple hats as Product Owner, Scrum Master and Business Analyst to drive success. Establish requirements, N+2 healthy backlog, delivery plan for various workstreams Prioritize various work streams including BAU enhancements, business project intakes, modernization to modern stack, production incidents and technical debt resolutions. Lead engaging discovery sessions with business and technical teams to explore needs, challenges, and opportunities. Understand business domain knowledge, business process flows, technical flow within IT Systems Translate ideas into user stories, epics, personas, and acceptance criteria that developers love to work from. Create beautiful, functional process maps, data flows, and documentation that connect the dots. Facilitate technical impact assessment, analysis, obtain signoffs on solution design, architecture review board/design council etc. Lead the design, functional & technical documentation of scalable, user-centered solutions that improve both customer and internal user experiences. Help shape and prioritize the product backlog, run scrum ceremonies, track action items, and contribute to Agile delivery with your team. Partner with QA & UAT leads to support test planning, cases, and validation to ensure we build things right. Support production troubleshooting by conducting root cause analysis and helping to implement fixes that stick. Collaborate with Delivery Managers and Business Leaders to keep work on track and aligned with the business strategy. Build trusted relationships with engineering, product, business operations, customer service, and vendor teams. Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and shared understanding. Use data and insight to inform decision-making and steer conversations toward outcomes. Provide crispy status reports, communication to executives.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product owner, or Business Systems Analyst, with 10+ year of Technical Experience Experience managing programs across multiple teams or business units with strong organizational coordination skills. Strong skills in requirements of elicitation, documentation, process design, and Agile delivery. Experience using Azure DevOps OR JIRA/Agile Tool to manage requirements, user stories, and delivery progress. A collaborative mindset with great communication skills—you translate between business and tech with ease. Curiosity, adaptability, and a love for turning complexity into simple, human-centered solutions. Familiarity with customer engagement platforms, digital workflows, or field service systems is a strong asset. PMP or Agile certifications are a plus—but your ability to execute matters more.
