The Opportunity
We?re seeking a detail-oriented, confident Accountant with relevant industry experience and strong communication skills. This is a hands-on, full-cycle accounting role where you?ll partner with management to deliver accurate, timely financial insights and support day-to-day operations.

Compensation
- $70,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
- Variable pay available based on experience
What You?ll Do
- Manage full-cycle accounting (AP, AR, payroll, journal entries, reconciliations)
- Lead month-end and year-end close; prepare financial statements
- Maintain job costing, project tracking, and cost allocations (labour, equipment, materials)
- Perform account, bank, and intercompany reconciliations; maintain general ledger
- Oversee cash management and daily transactions
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and project variance reporting
- File GST/PST and other compliance; support audits and liaise with external partners
- Perform other financial duties as required
What You Bring
- 2?3 years of full-cycle accounting experience (construction/job costing preferred)
- Post-secondary in Accounting/Finance; CPA an asset
- Experience with Sage, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems
- Strong Excel skills and overall MS Office proficiency
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
- Clear communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Adaptable, curious, and able to work independently or on a team
