Our Winery is in the heart of British Columbia’s Okanagan Valley, building on

more than three decades of winemaking, and defining a new chapter with bright, expressive North Okanagan wines. Our year-round tasting room and Home Block restaurant, housed in contemporary farmhouse buildings, offer our visitors an exceptional experience in a serene natural setting.

The Life of a Groundskeeper

  • Responsible for working with the team to improve or maintain the health of the plants in the landscape and within the natural environment
  • Participate in pruning, mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, pressure washing, fertilizing, raking, weeding, and tidying gardens and grounds
  • Assist in the set up and take down for winery events/concert series
  • Pruning, thinning and harvesting fruit trees
  • Maintain the gardens of winery residences
  • Perform other duties to maintain a clean and well-maintained landscaped environment and property in general

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience or a passion for horticulture
  • Ability to use hand and mechanical tools
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Physically fit and capable of bending as well as lifting and carrying up to 22.7 kg (50 lbs)
  • Working outdoors, in all weather conditions is required
  • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a team environment
  • You listen, take feedback, respond quickly, and take initiative with a sense of urgency
  • You are authentic, diplomatic, thoughtful, and always have the best intentions

Bonus Points

  • Certificate in horticulture considered an asset
  • 1-2 years’ experience
